Senior Manager, International Finance

About the role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Manager for International Finance to join its Finance & Investor Relations team. You will act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insight and analysis that support the company’s growth, profitability and cash‑flow objectives across its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate monthly performance reviews, annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term business plans for regional and international business units.
• Support the monthly close process under IFRS and produce management reporting packages.
• Present financial forecasts and analytical results to senior leadership and regional leaders.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives to improve profitability and free cash flow.
• Lead the automation and enhancement of data models and business‑intelligence tools.
• Coach, manage and develop direct reports while sharing best practices across the International Finance team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance experience with progressive responsibility, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, modeling and delivering insights under tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and business‑partnering abilities.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
