Senior Mechanical Engineer – Creo Elements/Direct

About the role

We are seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience to lead a fast‑paced project in the medical and plastics sectors. The role demands deep expertise in Creo Elements/Direct and the ability to drive design work under tight release timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design effort and coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
• Create 3D and 2D models, Bill of Materials, and detailed drawings using Creo Elements/Direct.
• Develop electro‑mechanical assemblies and large plastic components such as monitor bezels.
• Ensure system integration between client‑provided hardware and internally developed mechanical designs.
• Apply GD&T and tolerance stack analysis to guarantee manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and support FEA simulations when required.

Required profile

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in medical devices and plastic part design.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Proven ability to work under accelerated schedules and deliver high‑quality results.
