Senior MRI Application Specialist

About the role

Orbem is looking for a Senior MRI Application Specialist to help develop AI‑powered MRI applications across a range of biological samples. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to identify biomarkers, manage data acquisition, and support customers on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document biomarkers for new AI‑driven MRI applications.
• Manage and perform data acquisition on cutting‑edge MRI imaging systems.
• Collaborate with MRI scientists, data scientists, and platform specialists to develop and test new applications.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 40%) to provide on‑site support, gather requirements, and run test scans.
• Ensure accurate traceability and documentation of all project data and processes.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a patient, focused working style.
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, or Greek.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets for data organization.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Experience operating MRI imaging systems and performing data acquisition.
• Ability to review and annotate MRI scans following established protocols.
