Senior People Program Manager – Performance & Talent Enablement

About the role

As a Senior People Program Manager at vivenu, you will design and scale the performance, career and reward frameworks that drive excellence across a fast‑growing live‑entertainment tech company. Reporting directly to the VP People, you will initially focus on building a high‑impact Performance & Talent Enablement engine and later expand to oversee additional strategic people programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, audit and continuously improve performance cycles, growth frameworks and feedback loops.
• Lead organization‑wide performance calibration processes to ensure alignment and fairness.
• Develop and implement a global job‑leveling and career path architecture, including competency matrices and grading systems.
• Partner with Finance and founders to evolve promotion and bonus logic, integrating total‑rewards strategies.
• Create and manage high‑potential development programs and fast‑track initiatives for future leaders.
• Build manager toolkits and enablement resources that empower leaders to coach effectively.
• Identify systemic training needs and launch programs to close skill gaps across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR program management, performance management, or talent development within a scaling organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering with senior leadership, finance and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to design transparent career frameworks and reward structures.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
