Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

Vanatari is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for its health and supplement brands. You will be responsible for securing reliable supply of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while building strong supplier partnerships and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key suppliers across raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost, lead times, quality, and service levels.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships that support long‑term scalability and supply resilience.
• Manage purchasing processes, ensure timely ordering, and monitor stock risks and procurement KPIs.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to guarantee continuity of supply and support product launch readiness.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
• Analyze spend, price trends, and supplier performance; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to resolve supply, quality, and production issues.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives across the organization.
