Senior Product Engineer

About the role

You will join a product‑driven engineering team focused on building end‑to‑end solutions for the energy sector. The role blends customer discovery, delivery, and engineering culture to create production‑grade experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand problems and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end features from discovery through production across the stack.
• Leverage AI‑native tooling to accelerate development and maximize impact.
• Own zero‑to‑one initiatives such as dunning workflows or portal re‑engineering.
• Prioritize work, decide what to build, skip, or sunset initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping end‑to‑end product work with strong full‑stack capabilities.
• Ability to own end‑to‑end systems and contribute hands‑on technically.
• Interest or experience in energy retail domains such as billing, procurement, retention, or cost optimisation.
• High ownership, strong judgment and comfort thriving in ambiguous, early‑stage environments.
• Demonstrated technical excellence through shipped projects, competitions, open‑source contributions, or similar work.

What we offer

• Salary range: 80,000 – 120,000 EUR annually.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• On‑site work in Berlin, five days per week.
