Senior Project Manager – Automotive Electronics

About the role

YFORE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead automotive electronics projects from concept to delivery. You will act as the main liaison with customers, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations while supporting the company’s digital transformation in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control automotive electronics projects, guaranteeing on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to drive project progress.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, handling requirement changes, technical issues, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to maintain stable project execution.
• Oversee cost control, quality management, and delivery optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Chinese and German, with the ability to use both languages professionally.
• Extensive Tier 1 project management experience, especially with German OEM processes.
• Strong understanding of automotive electronics product development.
• Preferred experience in automotive electronics projects.
