Senior Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Fever Originals team in Berlin. You will use data, market insights and commercial instincts to design, launch and scale unique live‑entertainment experiences across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and negotiate partnerships with venues, providers and other external stakeholders.
• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution and reporting of strategic events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to bring experiences to life.
• Analyse business opportunities, propose operational improvements and ensure high customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Pitch and close event deals with major partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale events or projects in the entertainment sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into profitable experiences.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven decision making and solid analytical abilities.
