Senior Project Manager – Security Systems

About the role

We are a global security systems organisation seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale Access Control and CCTV enterprise projects in Germany. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre‑sales to after‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning of access control and video surveillance systems.
• Maintain centralised documentation, including reports, financials and health & safety records.
• Lead and mentor project teams, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Conduct site walks, quality checks and health & safety reviews.
• Handle change orders, contract variations and customer communications.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and material logistics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the electronic security industry, specifically large‑scale access control and CCTV deployments.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with decision‑makers.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
