Senior Project Manager – Security Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale electronic security projects across Germany. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of access‑control and CCTV enterprise systems, working closely with customers, sales, design, and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre‑sales enquiries through design, installation, commissioning and after‑care.
• Plan, monitor and report on programme progress, ensuring milestones and customer deadlines are met.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor performance and change orders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site walks, enforce health & safety standards, and ensure quality control throughout installation.
• Maintain centralised documentation (reports, financials, EHS records) and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, develop relationships with decision‑makers and promote the company as a valued partner.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the electronic security industry, specifically large‑scale access‑control and CCTV projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to identify and remove roadblocks, manage cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise access‑control platforms such as Lenel, S2, CCure and AMAG.
• Experience with CCTV system design and integration.
• Project management competencies, including scheduling, cost control and documentation.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental (EHS) requirements on construction sites.
