Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance (Frankfurt)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing finance recruitment team in Frankfurt. This full‑cycle, 360‑degree role focuses on building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering high‑quality finance talent across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client accounts within the German finance market.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Strategically map the market to uncover new business opportunities.
• Source, assess, and present top finance professionals to clients.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer negotiation and contract completion.
• Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• 3‑4+ years of experience in 360‑agency recruitment, preferably within finance or professional services.
• Proven track record of winning and developing new business.
• Commercially minded, confident in a sales‑focused environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Consistent billing performance.

• Competitive base salary of €55,000‑€60,000 per year.
