Senior Specialist Controlling – Standalone Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Controlling for the Standalone Transformation, you will join a newly created business unit focused on value creation. You will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency across all Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and supporting the transition to a standalone operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TSA-related costs, charges, and budgets, performing variance analyses and delivering reliable financial reporting.
• Validate TSA charges against agreed scope, service levels, and pricing mechanisms in collaboration with Group Functions.
• Track exit costs, dual‑run expenses, replacement and stranded costs, and the cost step‑up into the target model.
• Act as the central contact for TSA service owners, coordinate regular reviews, monitor milestones, and flag risks early.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Procurement, Legal, IT, and operational teams to ensure consistent understanding of TSA terms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TSA controlling processes, tools, dashboards, and governance standards.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, controlling, business administration, economics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or comparable finance functions within an international company.
• Strong controlling background combined with an analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Experience managing service agreements, cost controlling for shared services, or complex cross‑functional projects.
