Senior System Administrator & Support Engineer

About the role

As a Senior System Administrator & Support Engineer you will be at the core of eigenblue’s technical operations, ensuring that office networks, on‑site infrastructure and cloud environments run reliably while providing top‑class support to R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the office network, on‑site infrastructure and Azure cloud services, including Unifi gear, GPU workstations and laptops.
• Improve internal support processes: prioritize requests, implement short‑term fixes, resolve root causes and enhance tooling using Slack and Jira Service Desk.
• Assist project teams in deploying and operating software on modern cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• Participate in R&D projects to expand expertise into SRE, DevOps and MLOps.
• Own IT security standards and ensure compliance with SLA, ISO and TISAX requirements.

Required profile

• Completed IT training (e.g., system integration, application development) or a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in support, SRE, DevOps or IT administration with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Solid knowledge of networks, on‑site infrastructure, cloud and container technologies, automation, monitoring, Linux and CI/CD pipelines.
