Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our European hiring agenda from Berlin. You will own the full talent lifecycle across multiple markets, partner with senior leaders, and build a high‑performing recruitment team as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the European talent strategy for senior leadership and specialist roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, C‑level executives and country heads, challenging priorities and providing decisive recommendations.
• Maintain a helicopter view of all open positions, identify gaps early and re‑prioritise quickly.
• Proactively source, network and nurture senior talent pipelines across DACH, Benelux and France.
• Represent the employer brand at events, meet‑ups and conferences throughout Europe.
• Design, implement and continuously improve a fast, data‑driven hiring process.
• Lay the groundwork for a future European talent team: define roles, recruit the first members and establish ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level talent acquisition or headhunting, preferably in international hospitality or multi‑market environments.
• Ability to work at speed, prioritise ruthlessly and manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
• Confident communicator who can hold their own with executives and push back constructively.
• Deep network across European markets and senior‑level talent pools.
• Fluent German and English; Dutch or French are a strong advantage.
• Enjoys remote work but thrives on in‑person networking, client meetings and market visits.
