Senior Talent Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to be embedded within one of our exciting clients, embracing their culture and finding the world’s best talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior recruiters and internal TA teams to support talent acquisition objectives.
• Source and engage candidates for sales, go‑to‑market and commercial roles using Boolean search techniques.
• Develop and maintain talent pools through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and consistent brand representation.
• Prioritise daily tasks and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, Boolean search and using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for revenue‑generating and customer‑facing positions, preferably in sales or commercial functions.
• Background in either in‑house or agency recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver a great candidate experience.
