Senior Talent Partner (Partnerships)

About the role

CuspAI is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join its People team and lead the hiring process for Technical Partnerships and Business Development positions. You will shape the talent pipeline that fuels the company’s mission to accelerate breakthrough materials using AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑priority partnership and business development roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans, map talent networks, and engage elite technical and scientific candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior researchers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling job narratives.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team to evolve CuspAI’s recruitment function and support sustainable scaling.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience for both applicants and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level technical recruitment, preferably within AI, materials science, or related high‑tech sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple hiring pipelines, and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate CuspAI’s mission and attract top talent.
• Track record of building relationships with researchers, engineers, and business development professionals.
