Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

This senior position focuses on driving customer advocacy, product adoption and revenue growth for enterprise customers in Germany and Switzerland. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they achieve value from Cohesity’s AI‑powered data security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Increase customer lifetime value through advocacy, adoption, satisfaction and health score improvement.
• Deliver on operational metrics such as renewal likelihood, upsell potential, net retention and churn reduction.
• Collaborate with account teams and renewals managers to identify new opportunities and address renewal risks.
• Engage with stakeholders across the customer organization from end‑users to C‑level executives.
• Capture and convey customer feedback to drive product and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science, business management or related fields.
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus.
• Strong empathy for customers, passion for revenue growth and deep understanding of recurring‑revenue business models.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, operations or similar roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
