Senior Technical Project Manager – Latin America

About the role

Distribusion is a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup building the world’s largest ground‑transportation marketplace. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our most strategic client projects across Latin America, coordinating between partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and delivery of complex API and e‑commerce integration projects.
• Act as the primary contact for external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Develop and document blueprint processes for rolling out standard product offerings.
• Capture market needs and partner insights to guide product development.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, preferably in consulting or high‑growth environments.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of cross‑functional coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within key Latin American markets.
