SEO/GSO Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

Retarus is seeking a part‑time SEO/GSO Specialist to lead and execute regional search strategies across France, Spain and Italy. The role focuses on driving organic visibility, technical SEO excellence, and emerging generative AI search platforms to support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the regional SEO/GSO roadmap for France, Spain and Italy, targeting pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
• Conduct keyword and intent research across the enterprise buying journey, identify content gaps and increase visibility among key decision‑makers.
• Ensure technical SEO excellence by managing site health, performing audits, and optimizing page architecture, internal linking and content structures.
• Lead visibility on AI‑driven search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Perplexity and ChatGPT Search, optimizing content, metadata and authority signals.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, ABM and regional teams to develop search‑optimized content and campaigns aligned with target accounts and verticals.
• Drive continuous experimentation, competitive analysis and monitoring of algorithm changes to improve search visibility and conversion performance.
• Define and track SEO/GSO KPIs, build executive dashboards and report performance to stakeholders, supporting marketing attribution across the customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and technical SEO, preferably within enterprise B2B environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI search platforms and the ability to optimize content for AI‑driven results.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in keyword research, site health audits and performance reporting.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional marketing and development teams.
