Site Manager Electrical & I&C for Gigafactory Berlin

About the role

As a Site Manager for Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) at the Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg, you will lead the execution of complex construction projects from concept through handover. You will ensure that all activities meet Tesla’s quality, safety, and clean‑room standards while delivering on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities for low, medium and high voltage scopes, ensuring compliance with design, schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from design coordination in the concept phase to final handover.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, particularly for cell production rooms and clean‑room environments.
• Maintain Tesla’s quality standards throughout all construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Experience working in clean‑room environments such as battery or pharmaceutical factories.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); German or Polish is a plus.
• Proactive, “get‑things‑done” attitude.
