Social Media Manager

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to shape and execute innovative social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive measurable growth. You will work onsite in Lisbon, collaborating closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure social efforts align with overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and short‑form video content that reflects the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high‑quality visual assets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting ability and a clear understanding of brand voice.
• Excellent multitasking, deadline management, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Experience using social media analytics platforms and translating data into actionable insights.
