Software Development Instructor – Full-Stack Web & MERN

About the role

WBS CODING SCHOOL is looking for a motivated Software Development Instructor to guide diverse learners through modern full‑stack web development. You will shape the learning journey of cohorts, deliver engaging live coding sessions and continuously improve the teaching process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student cohorts, providing structure, guidance and motivation throughout their learning path.
• Create and deliver lessons, workshops and live coding sessions on MERN, TypeScript and API‑based architectures.
• Resolve technical questions, blockers and learning challenges in a supportive, solution‑oriented manner.
• Process student feedback and learning data to refine teaching quality.
• Conduct code reviews, assessments and one‑on‑one mentoring to support individual growth.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with modern full‑stack web development, especially the MERN stack, TypeScript and API‑based architectures, including AI integrations.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent German (C1‑C2) and fluent English.
