Software Engineer – Deep Learning Experimentation Platform

About the role

You will work closely with deep‑learning engineers and data scientists to design, maintain and extend Audatic’s platform for running deep‑learning experiments. The role combines Python development with ownership of the underlying infrastructure, databases and cloud resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python packages, tools and services that support experiment execution.
• Own the infrastructure that runs the experimentation framework, including VMs, databases, cloud compute and scheduling systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to make the platform more robust, efficient and user‑friendly.
• Build tools and a custom web interface for experiment control, visualization and insight generation.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines and automation to reduce repetitive tasks for the team.
• Take full ownership of parts of the codebase and infrastructure while proposing innovative enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with components of our tech stack (e.g., Linux, containers, databases).
• Understanding of common software design and architecture patterns.
• Professional fluency in English and reliable communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving environments.
