Software Engineer – UI Developer (Web & Native)

About the role

Join the Insights & Release Technologies team to build productivity applications that help Apple engineers deliver software faster. As a UI Developer you will work on both web and native macOS platforms, focusing on user experience and high‑performance code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build productivity applications used by Apple engineers across web and native macOS platforms.
• Develop and maintain high‑performance applications on both platforms.
• Rapidly prototype new features and iterate based on user feedback.
• Partner with designers and engineers to deliver world‑class features.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and mentor other engineers.
• Own features from concept through release and post‑launch support.

Required profile

• Expertise in either web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, React) or native macOS (Swift, SwiftUI).
• Experience building dashboards, data visualizations, and implementing design systems.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
