Solutions Engineer (French)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer you will act as the technical bridge between NinjaOne’s platform and its French‑speaking customers. You will support both post‑sales implementation and pre‑sales technical consulting, helping partners integrate and optimise our IT operations solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on the NinjaOne platform and its endpoint management, patching, backup and remote access capabilities.
• Advise partners on how to deploy NinjaOne within their infrastructure and improve internal processes.
• Resolve complex technical scenarios, including custom product requests, workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to answer advanced technical questions from prospects and customers.
• Provide feedback to product management and help shape future product features.
• Coach sales colleagues on the product suite and deliver external training for partners.

Required profile

• Experience in technical sales of IT products, preferably in an MSP or internal IT helpdesk environment.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner and comfortable explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
• Fluent in English and French, able to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Curious, growth‑mindset oriented and open to giving and receiving feedback.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
• Familiarity with backup software solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs and scripting for automation.
