Sourcing Program Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

As a Sourcing Program Management Officer (PMO) you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies within the Direct Sourcing organization, supporting digital transformation and ensuring process excellence across multiple European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and pilot cross‑sourcing projects aligned with the global sourcing strategy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, KPI frameworks, dashboards, training materials and sourcing guidelines.
• Lead process optimisation, compliance reviews, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the digital sourcing roadmap, promote adoption of new tools and communicate changes.
• Act as a strategic partner to sourcing leadership by preparing executive presentations, facilitating key meetings and supporting transformation programmes.
• Foster collaboration, change management and people development across an international sourcing organisation.
• Identify capability development needs and contribute to training concepts and qualification paths.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sourcing Management or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement or program management within an international corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes, governance and compliance.
