System Administrator

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and maintain its corporate IT infrastructure. You will ensure a secure, efficient environment for employees across the Lisbon office, supporting a fast‑growing AI‑driven product team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SaaS applications, cloud services and internal systems.
• Oversee user provisioning, identity management and access control (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
• Implement network security, endpoint protection, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust policies.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot issues and automate workflows.
• Maintain software licences, compliance documentation and provide technical support and training.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based corporate environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Knowledge of endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar MDM platforms).
• Understanding of network security, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust models.
