Systems Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role combines day‑to‑day administration of servers, networks and cloud services with first‑ and second‑level helpdesk support for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Hyper‑V clusters, Active Directory and other network devices.
• Maintain and monitor both software and hardware components of the IT environment.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support, troubleshooting user issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including workstation setup and configuration.
• Ensure reliable operation of Office 365, telephony systems and backup solutions.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent with professional experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, structured and solution‑oriented work style.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively.
• Good proficiency in English.
