Talent and People Operations Specialist

About the role

Doist is looking for a Talent and People Operations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process and help shape the employee experience across a fully‑remote, global team. You will work closely with hiring managers and colleagues worldwide to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while continuously improving people‑operations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill or business‑critical positions, leveraging multiple platforms and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline people‑operations processes and implement simple, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to align talent initiatives with quarterly company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or people‑operations within a fast‑moving, remote environment.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to work independently and deliver results with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and transparency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
