About the role
We are seeking a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets. Working fully remotely, you will support high‑impact hiring needs by building strong pipelines for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and advanced techniques such as Boolean and X‑Ray search.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.
- Test, optimise and report on sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written communication and ability to craft personalized messages.
- English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
