Talent Strategy Intern

About the role

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will support the talent acquisition function, helping attract, retain, and develop top talent for a fast‑growing global consultancy platform. You will work closely with the HR team in Berlin, gaining hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle and employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks and community events.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Support employer branding by launching initiatives, strengthening relationships with recruiting partners and universities, and representing Consultport at events.
• Contribute to talent strategy projects and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Currently studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Top academic performance (top 20% of class).
• Must be able to complete a mandatory internship for graduation or receive university credit.
• Strong communication, curiosity, proactive ownership and resilience.
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
