Tech Recruiter – AI Infrastructure Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to help scale our AI infrastructure startup. You will own the full‑cycle hiring process for complex engineering positions within our German entity, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements and close hires.
• Actively source talent on GitHub, technical communities, and professional networks beyond LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align role expectations and skill sets.
• Align hiring strategy with headcount planning and product roadmap.
• Deliver a high‑quality, transparent candidate experience.
• Use data and hiring insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years recruiting technical roles, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and a data‑driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts such as SDLC and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Proven success sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and multi‑channel strategies, including AI‑driven tools.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and clear communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; based in Germany with occasional visits to Heidelberg.
• German language skills and experience with AI infrastructure are a plus.
