Technical Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Interviewer to join our partner’s fully remote, globally distributed team. Based in Germany, you will evaluate technology talent for a variety of technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical interviews with pre‑screened candidates.
• Assess candidates across software development, cloud platforms, databases, and modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with recruitment and technical teams to maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
• Design, develop, and refine interview questions, technical assessments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Research emerging technologies to keep assessment methods current.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of screening processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or technical interviewing.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
