Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our organization, focusing on teams working in artificial intelligence, machine learning and AI safety. The role is based in Berlin and will partner with researchers and technical leaders to attract niche talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple 360‑degree recruitment mandates from need definition to offer signing.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify research developers, machine‑learning researchers and AI‑safety experts.
• Engage passive candidates, providing a smooth experience throughout the process.
• Develop research plans, market mapping, competitive analysis and specialized talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leadership to clarify role requirements and prioritize openings.
• Handle offer preparation, negotiation, presentation and closing.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience recruiting technical profiles, especially in AI research.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication in both German and English.
