Technical Sales Internship – Non‑Automotive & New Business

About the role

Join Bosch’s Sales Non‑Automotive & New Business team as a Technical Sales Intern. You will work within an international group, supporting the Global Vertical Team Lead and collaborating with colleagues worldwide to develop and implement sales strategies for high‑growth markets such as low‑voltage drives, furniture, residential heating, robotics and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and tracking commercial offers and proposals.
• Analyse market trends, identify new business potentials and generate leads.
• Develop and document innovative sales strategies in a technical environment.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that provide transparency for global strategic decisions.
• Support the sales team in direct customer contact and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Enrolled university student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Management or a comparable field with good grades.
• Strong interest in strategic and operational sales topics.
• Fluent English and good German communication skills.
• On‑site presence of at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Solid technical understanding of product portfolios.
