Tracking Operator

About the role

The Tracking Operator joins EA's TRACAB Operations Team to ensure live player tracking and event capture are accurate during football matches. You will work in real‑time, correcting player assignments and tagging key match events to maintain high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and correct player assignments during live matches.
• Maintain excellent accuracy in player number recognition and tracking consistency.
• Tag match phases and main incidents such as substitutions, red cards, and other events.
• Communicate with the Live Monitoring team to keep the tracking system optimal.
• Contribute to overall data quality and match reporting standards.

Required profile

• Experience with basic computer applications.
• Detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under time pressure in a live environment.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and competitions.
• Interest in football and knowledge of teams/players is a plus.
