Training Coordinator Associate – EHS

About the role

As a Training Coordinator Associate you will plan, organise and coordinate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) training programmes across the EMEA region. Working closely with Learning & Development partners, the Global EHSS training team and the EMEA EHS Operations team, you will help maintain a strong safety and compliance culture at Tesla.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan and organise various training formats for the EHS department within EMEA.
• Create and develop learning materials such as e‑learnings, work instructions, presentations and reference guides.
• Support LMS course administration, ensure compliance training is up‑to‑date and provide Tier 1 LMS support.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders on training processes, projects and roll‑outs.
• Identify didactic improvements to existing courses and serve as the first point of contact for EHS training queries.
• Support communication campaigns to raise awareness of EHS risks, programmes and systems.

Required profile

• Relevant study background in Education, Psychology, HR, Human Factors or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Internship or professional experience in a similar training coordination role.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a passion for training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• LMS administration experience.
• E‑learning creation tools such as Articulate 360 and Rise 360.
• Familiarity with Ziplabs LMS platform.
