VP of Data & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a VP of Data & Analytics to relocate to Dubai and build a world‑class data function for a fast‑growing consumer business. Data is the core product, and you will lead the creation of a modern, AI‑ready platform that turns a unique dataset into commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s data strategy.
• Design and launch an AI‑ready data platform with a semantic layer.
• Establish data quality, governance, observability and trusted metrics.
• Lead data ingestion, warehousing and multi‑tenant architecture initiatives.
• Drive BI, analytics, forecasting and client‑facing data products.
• Partner with senior leadership to uncover growth opportunities.
• Scale and mentor a high‑performing data team, leveraging AI to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience with modern data platforms, architecture and data modelling.
• Hands‑on experience building and scaling data teams in startup environments.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Passion for AI‑enabled data platforms and next‑generation analytics.
