Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Part-time, 20 h/week)

About the role

Join Hirschmann Automotive’s logistics team as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist working 20 hours per week. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials from receipt to production and delivery, supporting the company’s automotive components manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to specifications.
• Conduct visual and quality checks on materials.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Record goods receipts and issues in the SAP system.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Prepare, organize, and handle outbound shipments.
• Perform stock checks and assist with inventory counts.
• Participate in analysis and optimisation of internal warehousing processes.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety compliance in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Warehouse Logistics or comparable qualification.
• Practical experience with inbound/outbound goods and production supply.
• Valid industrial truck operator (forklift) licence.
• Meticulous, structured, and responsible work style.
• Team‑player with reliability and a strong sense of quality.
• Resilient, flexible, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• SAP knowledge for goods receipt and issue posting.
• Industrial truck operator licence (forklift).
