Warehouse Operative – Logistics Support

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Wetzlar. You will support the flow of goods through receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, ensuring high quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify them against documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming goods.
• Store items systematically and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Pick, assemble, pack and label customer orders for dispatch.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and safety within the warehouse.
• Support colleagues and take on additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Careful, structured working style with high attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods up to 20 kg.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility.
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines consistently.
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
