About the role

This is a hands‑on content and brand position at a fast‑growing B2B performance‑marketing agency in Berlin. You will own the company’s brand presence from day one, shaping storytelling across LinkedIn, video, design and sales materials while working directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn posts for founders and the corporate account, including hooks, carousels and storylines for a B2B audience.
• Produce image and video assets end‑to‑end: concept, shoot, edit and deliver Reels, talking‑heads, customer testimonials and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Maintain brand consistency across the website, pitch decks, sales collateral and templates.
• Build and manage a content calendar to ensure a reliable publishing cadence.
• Track content performance, identify winning formats and use data to guide future content decisions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as a student, available 16‑20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
• Native or C2‑level German proficiency.
• Experience creating LinkedIn content and understanding of what performs on the platform.
• Portfolio or examples of personal content projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Experience writing marketing or brand copy for B2B or SaaS audiences.
• Ability to manage content calendars and analyse performance metrics.
