Working Student – Commercial & Sales (m/f/d)

About the role

You will join Circus' commercial engine as a Working Student, supporting the VP Commercial and the sales team throughout the full deal lifecycle. This hands‑on position offers direct exposure to B2B sales in a deep‑tech environment, allowing you to contribute to real customer engagements from pipeline to order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare offers, order confirmations, and other commercial documentation.
• Track and maintain the deal pipeline from opportunity to order execution.
• Organise customer meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow‑up documentation.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up‑to‑date; support pipeline reporting.
• Create and refine pitch decks, customer presentations, and sales materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance on commercial handovers and cross‑functional topics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and hands‑on working style.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
