About the role

As a Working Student in Digital Marketing, Social Media & E‑Commerce at 3M in Neuss, you will support the Meguiar’s brand across a range of digital initiatives. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving consumer business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage organic posting, community moderation and support paid media campaigns.
• Assist in optimizing webshop content, product portfolios and landing pages.
• Support digital campaigns, including keyword management and SEO basics.
• Help implement product advisor tools and Where to Buy onboarding.
• Contribute to online retail media and marketplace setup projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e‑commerce and online brand communication.
• Proactive, structured, data‑driven and reliable work style.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good German language skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
