Workplace and Company Operations Manager

About the role

RobCo is scaling its Munich office as a leader in autonomous industrial robotics. The Workplace and Company Operations Manager will act as the operational backbone, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe workplace while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive office organization and front‑desk management, handling communications, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
• Automate and lead fleet management, overseeing leasing, acquisitions, maintenance and process automation.
• Plan and coordinate travel, business trips, hotel bookings, and internal events.
• Manage invoices, documentation, cost‑center allocation and expense system uploads.
• Serve as safety officer, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate external vendors, building managers and service providers.
• Continuously evaluate and digitize administrative workflows using tools such as Notion, Claude and Google Workspace.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, Hospitality or comparable experience.
• Several years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
• Proven track record in process automation and documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite in Munich 4‑5 days a week with up to one remote day.
• Strong ownership, hands‑on and pragmatic mindset.
• Fluent German and very good English communication skills.
