Workplace Manager

About the role

SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models. As a Workplace Manager you will be the operational backbone that keeps the fast‑moving company running smoothly, supporting leadership and ensuring the team can work with focus and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily administrative workflows and keep core processes running across finance, people operations, procurement and workplace operations.
• Coordinate logistics between the Munich office and testing facilities, handling hardware, equipment and prototype deliveries.
• Plan and execute team events, offsites and cultural activities.
• Act as a sparring partner for all departments, providing operational input to drive AI‑first automation.
• Lead special projects such as opening new European offices and supporting national/international military exercise logistics.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with strong conversational English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, reliable problem‑solving approach.
• Hands‑on execution mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Positive, energetic attitude suited to a dynamic, fast‑growing scale‑up environment.
