Accommodation Manager Europe

About the role

HYROX is seeking an Accommodation Manager for Europe to lead the accommodation strategy across its growing portfolio of events. This full‑time position will ensure high‑quality, scalable lodging solutions for athletes, staff, contractors and key stakeholders, while driving commercial growth and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the European accommodation strategy by securing, negotiating and managing hotel contracts, room blocks and strategic hospitality partnerships.
• Implement and monitor the Athlete Accommodation Program, tracking room pickup, satisfaction metrics and incremental revenue.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel and lodging for event leadership, staff, contractors and stakeholders across all European events.
• Manage assigned accommodation budgets with strict financial accountability and continuously improve SOPs for travel and lodging.
• Collaborate with Event Production, Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams to identify scalable solutions that support market expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, accommodation management, hospitality partnerships, travel management or event operations.
• Experience in large‑scale sporting or mass‑participation events is preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and relationship‑building skills with hotels and travel partners.
