Account Manager – B2B2C

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow our B2B2C relationships. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring our telecom and eSIM solutions deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth needs analyses to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product partners to ensure our offering meets customer requirements.
• Present and demonstrate products, emphasizing value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or telecom.
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with C‑level executives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with a structured, organised approach.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to explore the digital ecosystem.
• Experience with iOS or Android app ecosystems is a plus.
