Account Manager

About the role

Consultport is looking for an Account Manager to join its fast‑growing team in Berlin. You will act as the main liaison between senior decision‑makers at leading companies and top‑tier freelance consultants from our global network, driving end‑to‑end consulting projects that solve diverse business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with C‑level executives to define critical consulting projects.
• Write clear project briefs, vet consultants, and build strong shortlists.
• Prepare consultants for client interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Lead negotiations on scope, deliverables, and pricing between clients and consultants.
• Secure high‑value contracts and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor active engagements and identify opportunities for extensions.

Required profile

• Graduated from a top university with excellent grades.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong interest in the global consulting industry and future work trends.
• Available to work onsite at the Berlin office.

Required skills

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in another European language (advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
