Account Manager – SaaS Sales for Fintech

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech as an Account Manager and drive revenue across e‑commerce, insurance and banking segments. You will own the full sales lifecycle, building strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in e‑commerce, insurance and banking markets.
• Manage a portfolio of key banking clients, engaging directly with senior stakeholders to understand needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Lead license renewals and extensions, handling complex contractual negotiations and pricing pressures.
• Apply a consultative, solution‑driven sales approach throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Design and execute renewal strategies to grow revenue, improve customer success and increase product adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or working in consulting.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience with corporate customers and a track record of closing deals.
• Strong understanding of value‑based selling and ability to align customer needs with business goals.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
