Accounts Payable Officer – Benelux Team (Hybrid)

About the role

Join BASF's Global Business Services as an Accounts Payable Officer supporting the Benelux region. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining office presence in Berlin with remote days, to ensure efficient invoice processing for BASF Group companies in North Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Check, post and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Clarify account issues and support payment runs.
• Analyze automatically booked invoices and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimise the purchase‑to‑pay process.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Commercial business training or a degree in Business Administration.
• First experience in accounting and project work.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
